As a Manager, Recruitment Strategy & Experience (Healthcare West), you will be responsible for the following duties

• Develop and implement organisational wide recruitment strategies and standards.

• Drive recruitment process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

• Lead digital and AI-enabled recruitment initiatives, including ATS optimisation and automation.

• Build talent pipelines and leverage workforce analytics to support hiring decisions.

• Develop and maintain recruitment policies, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.

• Partner with HR, business leaders, institutions, and external stakeholders to strengthen recruitment outcomes.

• Lead recruitment transformation projects, including system implementations and process redesign.

• Manage recruitment-related vendors, procurement, budgets, and project delivery.

• Support national talent pipeline initiatives and represent the organisation in recruitment workgroups.

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum 6–8 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment operations, with strong exposure to recruitment transformation, or strategic HR roles
