What You'll Do

• Install, configure, and deploy integrated security systems and enterprise solutions.

• Perform system setup, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Integrate CCTV, Access Control, Video Wall, and other security platforms with enterprise systems.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, system integration challenges, and network-related problems.

• Work closely with project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

• Prepare technical documentation, including network diagrams, Bills of Materials (BOM), and as-built drawings.

• Coordinate software patches, firmware updates, and technical escalations with vendors.

• Provide technical support during implementation and post-deployment.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in security systems integration, system engineering, or enterprise solutions.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • CCTV Systems

  • Access Control Systems

  • Video Wall Systems

  • Networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing)

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Experience preparing technical documentation and system diagrams.

• Experience with PSIM or VMS platforms such as Genetec, Milestone, Gallagher, or Lenel is an advantage.
