Location: Ubi, Singapore
Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,300 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 6:00pm
5-Day Work Week

About the Role

Our client, an established company in the consumer products industry, is looking for a Sales & Warehouse Coordinator to support its Sales and Operations team.

This is primarily an office-based role with regular coordination with the warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfilment, inventory accuracy and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO)

Verify sales documents for accuracy and completeness

Coordinate local deliveries and export shipments

Liaise with customers, logistics providers and the warehouse to ensure timely order fulfilment

Verify incoming stock and maintain accurate inventory records

Coordinate urgent retailer collection orders with the warehouse team

Perform stock verification and inventory checks when required

Prepare monthly sales reports

Provide general sales and administrative support

Requirements

Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent

At least 2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Logistics Coordination or Warehouse Administration

Experience processing Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders

Comfortable coordinating with warehouse operations and performing stock verification when required

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Outlook)

Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
