Technical Sales Support

• Provide technical support to the Sales team during the pre-sales process.

• Review customer specifications, tender documents, and engineering requirements.

• Recommend suitable cooling tower solutions based on project requirements.

• Prepare technical proposals and equipment selections.

Engineering & Design

• Perform cooling tower sizing and thermal performance calculations.

• Prepare equipment layouts, GA drawings, and technical submissions.

• Review mechanical and piping interfaces.

• Ensure designs comply with project specifications and applicable standards.

• Coordinate with the factory on special design requirements.

Tender & Proposal Management

• Prepare technical compliance documents.

• Support quotation preparation with cost estimates and technical clarifications.

• Review consultant specifications and identify deviations.

• Respond to technical queries from customers and consultants.

Customer & Consultant Support

• Attend technical meetings with consultants, contractors, and end users.

• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.

• Provide engineering advice during project discussions.

• Build strong relationships with consultants and key customers.

Project Handover

• Coordinate with Project Engineers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Provide technical support during commissioning when required.

• Assist in resolving technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Product Development

• Collect market feedback on customer requirements.

• Recommend product improvements and new solutions.

• Maintain product documentation and engineering databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services, or related engineering discipline.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with experience in HVAC, cooling towers, chillers, pumps, or industrial equipment are preferred.

• Able to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

• Knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics is an advantage.

Preferred Experience
