Job Description
Liaise with clients and Building Management (BM) to handle all access applications.
Prepare and submit BM documents, including PTW, SWP, WAH, MOS, RA, and others.
Track the status of project applications and follow up as needed.
Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring all submissions comply with project specifications and client requirements.
Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Department to prepare quotations.
Prepare delivery orders, progress claims, and invoices, verifying details with clients.
Monitor clients’ payment statuses and finalize accounts for completed projects.
Maintain and organize corporate documents, contracts, and compliance records related to equipment and operations.
Manage and keep accurate records of company assets in the internal system.
Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building, Building Management, or Building Service Engineering.
Experience in electrical, building cooling system and fire protection work for commercial projects is a plus.
1-2 years of relevant experience in the local construction industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, BM, and team members.
Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently.
Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
