Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen customer relationships within assigned portfolio.
Acquire new accounts in targeted market segments and business fields.
Coordinate account activities across division to maximize synergies.
Monitor and drive sales pipeline growth, provide regular activity and project updates to superiors.
Lead and coordinate price negotiations, ensure competitive and profitable offers.
Prepare sales and profitability budgets for assigned accounts.
Report major market or account changes with recommended actions.
Representing the company at exhibitions and conferences. Prepare post-event reports and recommendations.
Develop existing market segments in line with strategic business plans.
Conduct regular customer visits based on priorities and schedule.
Communicate company updates to customers and gather market intelligence.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in ERP and Salesforce systems, support CRM initiatives.
Use available sales tools effectively (ERP, Salesforce, Outlook, Excel).
Manage customer contracts, address payment delays, cancellations, and other issues.
Collaborate and share information regularly with sales colleagues on accounts, projects, and markets.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of B2B technical sales experience in engineered/technical products.
Experience in springs, stamping or precision components is a strong plus. Candidates with background from medical or automotive industries are strongly encourage to apply.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Sales/Marketing or commercial field
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and ERP platforms.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and international collaboration.
