Job Scope:

• Supervise and coordinate daily fire protection installation works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Plan and monitor site activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and resolve site coordination issues with subcontractors and other trades.

• Inspect and verify fire protection systems, including piping, sprinklers, hosereels, risers, fire pumps, valves, and related equipment.

• Monitor material deliveries, site progress, workmanship, safety, housekeeping, and maintain accurate site reports and project documentation.

• Coordinate site inspections with consultants, main contractors, and authorities, and support testing, commissioning, and system handover activities.

• Follow up on inspection comments, defects, non-conformances, and verify subcontractor work progress and claims.

• Report project issues, delays, and variations to the Project Manager, and perform other assigned site-related duties.

Job Requirement:

• Candidates with Construction Fire Protection or relevant experiences is a MUST
