Job Requirements:

• Build a dedicated internal audit team to evaluate Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks across overseas subsidiaries.

• Lead audits to ensure adherence to The Company’s internal policies and international regulatory standards.

• Position the audit section as a strategic partner to management, enhancing transparency and accountability across global operations.

• Develop a comprehensive internal audit plan covering Financial, Accounting Systems, and Operational processes of overseas group companies.

• Align the global audit plan with enterprise risk priorities, tailoring scope to varying compliance risks across jurisdictions.

• Conduct structured risk assessments across business units to identify vulnerabilities and prioritize audit focus areas.

• Perform end-to-end audits (financial, accounting, operational, IT, compliance) across targeted subsidiaries.

• Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls, applying data analytics to detect anomalies and irregularities.

• Document findings with clear risk ratings, evaluate impact, and provide actionable recommendations to close control gaps.

• Oversee audit team deliverables, ensuring quality of documentation, consistency of reviews, and achievement of desired outcomes.

• Manage multiple audit projects simultaneously across regions, ensuring timely completion and reporting.

• Track remediation efforts, validating corrective actions and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

• Provide regular status updates to Finance Division and relevant departments, highlighting progress on remediation.

• Collaborate with external auditors when required, ensuring alignment and efficiency in joint audit efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent disciplines

• Possess with Certified Internal Audit (CIA) is a must

• Experiences in Audit (internal or external), Financial accounting and GRC
