Our client is a Germany MNC . Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Channel Account Manager to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Responsibilities for Channel Account Manager :
Drive overall sales performance by achieving sales targets while ensuring budget control and profitability
Partner closely with retailers and distributors to formulate and implement long-term business growth strategies
Plan and execute effective sales and trade marketing initiatives
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to align trade and above-the-line activities with business objectives
Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing structures, and trading terms
Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of sales and marketing campaigns
Prepare and monitor sales forecasts to support market demand planning
Oversee demand planning and inventory movement to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development
Experience within the Malaysia market
Prior experience in the Personal Care or Pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage
Experience working with Malaysia retailers/distributors and modern trade channels
