This is a full-time Customer Service Executive position at JNR Entertainment Pte Ltd. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and managing all customer enquiries and requests efficiently. Finding independent individual that can start work immediately.
Your role:
Responding to incoming calls or emails for sales & support inquiries pertaining to the company’s product lines in a timely and professional manner
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
Track customer's booking and schedule delivery when required
Providing administrative support to the sales and operations teams as needed
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft software (EXCEL, WORD, TEAMS)
A team player with a positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
