The Role

• Design and deploy AI-driven solutions such as intelligent chatbots, document automation tools, and data transformation workflows.

• Build and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including data chunking, embedding strategies, vector indexing, and prompt design.

• Integrate AI applications with enterprise data systems to enable efficient data ingestion, processing, and storage.

• Monitor model performance through evaluation metrics and continuously fine-tune models based on feedback and usage data.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (data engineers, product stakeholders, and business users) to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.

• Maintain proper documentation of AI architectures, workflows, and deployment processes across development stages.

What Are We Looking For?

• Hands-on experience in building AI solutions using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Strong proficiency in Python and commonly used AI/ML frameworks for NLP and embeddings.

• Familiar with building and managing RAG-based systems and vector database technologies.

• Experience working with data platforms, pipelines, and cloud-based AI environments.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and optimise models effectively.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills to explain technical concepts clearly.

• Team-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
