Customer Service Officer | Afternoon Shift | 6 days - RRCS - #1163676

Salary
Basic Salary: $1.7k - $2.2k

Working hours: Afternoon Shift (1pm - 9.30pm / 1.30pm - 10.30pm) 6 days

Job Scope:
Attend to inbound and outbound calls
Responds to customer inquiries; provides information regarding products specification and sales matters
Receives and processes order requests
Coordinate with respective departments to ensure delivery completion
Receives and processes order requests including new customers and inactive customers
Conducts a variety of routine clerical tasks including data entry and copying, filing, and faxing documentation.

Requirements:
• GCE 'O' Level/ITE Certificate or equivalent with minimum 1-year Customer Service/Telemarketing experience
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Tech savvy, proficient in computer skills; Microsoft Office.
