Lead the full spectrum of Finance, Accounting, Tax, Payroll & Reporting
Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and business performance reviews
Partner with management on strategic and operational decisions
Lead statutory audits, tax matters and regulatory compliance
Strengthen internal controls and spearhead process improvements
Manage banking relationships, government grants and external stakeholders
Oversee IT administration and lead the Finance & IT team
