Job Description:
• Actively seek out and engage potential customers to expand our client base through cold calling and outbound sales activities
• Attend to sales enquiries across multiple platforms (WhatsApp, calls, email)
• Create customer orders in the admin system and coordinate appointment scheduling via Handyman apps
• Prepare and issue quotations based on updates from the operations team
• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed sales
• Introduce company portfolio and promote our in-house services to customers
• Coordinate with the operations team to address customer enquiries and clarify job scope or quotations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Sales Executive role
• Candidates with experience in Construction, Handyman Services, Renovation, Facilities Management, Maintenance Services, or related service industries will be preferred
• Experience in preparing quotations, coordinating service schedules, and handling customer enquiries is an advantage
• Comfortable with cold calling and customer engagement
• Willing to learn and possess a positive attitude
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
