Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Prepare employment contracts, letters, invoices and HR documentation.
Manage employee onboarding, offboarding and personnel records.
Submit and manage Government GeBIZ tenders, ITQs, RFQs and quotations.
Prepare costing sheets, pricing schedules and tender supporting documents.
Coordinate with clients and internal departments on payroll, billing and HR matters.
Maintain employee timesheets, leave records, claims and attendance.
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records and reports using HR and payroll systems.
Provide administrative support to the Recruitment and HR teams.
Perform other HR and business support duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR, payroll or business support.
Experience in payroll processing is preferred.
Experience in Government GeBIZ tender or ITQ submissions is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates holding a valid CEI certification will have an added advantage.
