Key Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing to validate system requirements and business processes.

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, test reports, and supporting documentation.

• Perform manual testing, defect verification, re-testing, and ensure test coverage across applications and integrations.

• Log, track, prioritize, and follow up on defects while collaborating with developers to resolve issues promptly.

• Coordinate with project stakeholders and support SIT, UAT, deployment verification, production validation, and testing status reporting.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• 2 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.

• Knowledge of manual, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing methodologies.

• Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle .

• Experience or exposure to automation tools such as Playwright will be advantageous.

• Experience in creating structured test cases, test scenarios, and test documentation.

• Basic knowledge of API testing, RESTful APIs, and JSON validation.

• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.

• Familiarity with defect and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, TestRail, or Confluence.
