Contract Manager - Civil Infrastructure
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Changi
Basic Salary: $6500 - $8000

Responsibilities:

• Manage full contract lifecycle for civil infrastructure projects, from tender stage through project completion and final account settlement.

• Prepare, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements in accordance with project requirements.

• Coordinate tender submissions, evaluate contract terms, and respond to tender clarifications and amendments.

• Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare and review progress claims, variation orders, extension of time claims, and final accounts.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on contractual and commercial matters.

• Support project managers in contract administration, risk management, and cost control activities.

• Negotiate contractual terms, claims, and account settlements with clients and subcontractors.

• Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained for contractual, commercial, and project-related matters.

• Provide commercial advice and ensure compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and project objectives.

Requirements:

• Experience in infrastructure works such as roadworks, drainage, utilities, earthworks, piling, bridges, or tunnels.

• Strong knowledge of contract administration, claims, variation orders, cost control, and project budgeting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera.
