Lead and manage the Airfreight Import Customer Service team to ensure efficient and timely handling of import shipments.
Oversee daily import operations, including documentation, customs compliance, billing, and shipment closure.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor team performance, establish KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage customer relationships, handle escalated issues, and ensure prompt resolution of service concerns.
Collaborate with Operations, Customs, and other internal departments to ensure smooth and compliant import processes.
Lead staff development through coaching, training, performance management, and succession planning.
Prepare operational reports, analyze performance trends, and provide recommendations to senior management.
Support business growth initiatives and perform other duties assigned by management.
Strong expertise in Import workflows, and knowledges of CargoWise system
