Working Location: Upper Changi Road North

Working Hours: 8.15AM to 5.45PM (Mon to Thurs), 8.15AM to 5.15PM (Fri)

Purpose of Job:

· Facilitate effective communication between the organisation and partner employers

· Responsible for establishing contact with partners and sharing of new initiatives.

· Facilitating the implementation of the partner employer framework.

· Oversee the engagement of new and existing employers.

· Researching and obtaining updated contact details for any liaisons who are no longer with the organization

Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to registered partners to confirm current contact person and phone number.

· Document and update contact information in the database accurately.

· Identify and research new contact details for liaisons who have left the organization.

· Communicate effectively and professionally with partners to gather necessary information.

· Follow up on any incomplete or ambiguous information to ensure clarity.

· Maintain a record of calls made and responses received for reporting purposes.

· Assist in generating reports on partner contact status as needed.

· Adhere to confidentiality and data protection protocols when handling partner information.

· Engaging of employers who expressed interest in collaborating with the organization.

· Follow up on employers pre and post employer engagement sessions.

· Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent communication and information sharing regarding partner contacts

· Carry out any other duties assigned
