Responsibilities
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
Assist with payroll (e.g. overtime computation, withhold and release salary etc)
Process leave applications
Handle training registrations and follow up on course confirmations and payments.
Manage Time Management System (e.g. upload roster, update data etc)
Assist with work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Verify invoices, raise purchase requisitions, and manage goods received.
Support administrative functions such as stationery, uniforms, safety shoes, etc.
Liaise with relevant government bodies and authorities (e.g. MOM) on HR-related matters, surveys, and reports.
Maintain and update employees' records.
Requirements
At least 3 years of practical experience, preferably in an HR role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities and proven ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills.
