Mass Hiring: Test Technician (July Intake) (10 Pax)

Salary: Up to $3000

Working Time: 7.20am - 7.20pm / 7.20pm - 7.20am (12 hour shift) (Day/Night)

Work Pattern: 2-2-2-2 Days

Location: AMK

Job Detail:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

• Identify, track, and report defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and testing environments.

• Document test results and provide clear reports to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability.

• Support continuous improvement of products and testing processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics, or related field.

• Experience in software or hardware testing is preferred.

• Familiar with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, TestRail).

• Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g. Selenium) and scripting languages is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, or ISTQB certification will be an added advantage.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
