Summary
As a junior SAP Functional Consultant, you will be responsible to configure, design, develop, implement and maintain projects; provide consultancy services; specialize on ERP products; ensure the quality of services and achieve customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Investigate all reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly & efficiently.

• Propose effective work-around or alternative solution, oversee the selection of solutions and estimate resources/cost required to implement the proposed solution to meet customer’s requirements

• Manage changes to configurable items. It covers configuration management planning, configuration identification, configuration controls & audits.

• Fix reported problems/bugs of the system to ensure the smooth execution of the programs in the production environment.

• Conduct review & integration testing to ensure the quality of deliverables before handing over to users for UAT.

• Develop technical design specification & translate design into specifications and program codes.

• Develop unit test package, execute test and document test results to ensure the quality of the program.

• Prepare & maintain up-to-date system documentation.

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline

• Prior internship, school project, or application support experience is welcome. Training will be provided for SAP MM & SAP FI/CO.

• Strong interest in enterprise systems and problem-solving

• Good analytical and critical thinking skills

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Able to manage multiple tasks with guidance and support
