Mon-Fri, Office Hours

Jurong East / Ang Mo Kio (Company Transport Provided @ Yio Chu Kang MRT)

UP $6000 Basic + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end procurement, including sourcing, tendering, negotiations, contracts, cost analysis, and purchase orders in line with policies.

· Source and develop reliable suppliers; oversee evaluation, qualification, and performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.

· Coordinate with stakeholders on delivery, PO closure, and provide regular updates on procurement status and timelines.

· Drive continuous improvement through effective procurement strategies and best practices to enhance cost efficiency and performance.

Requirements:

· Min. Diploma, preferably in Engineering / Supply Chain

· Min. 3 years of Procurement / Purchasing Experience preferably in M&E, Project Management, Construction, or Engineering Industry

· Experience with SAP S/4HANA will be an advantage
