FJDynamics is a global robotics and automation company focused on precision agriculture and intelligent equipment. Our Singapore factory is currently producing Auto Steering Kits for global markets and is expanding to support additional products in the future.

We are looking for a hands-on manufacturing leader who can ensure stable site operations, drive new product introductions, and solve practical business and operational challenges in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Singapore manufacturing site, manage and develop the local team, including operators, warehouse personnel, and administrative staff, and independently resolve day-to-day operational issues.

• Drive new product introduction (NPI) and production transfer projects from HQ to the Singapore site.

• Develop a strong understanding of products, production processes, testing requirements, and quality standards to support future product launches.

• Ensure stable production, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement in operational efficiency, quality, and cost.

• Coordinate closely with HQ teams across manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and logistics functions.

• Build and manage relationships with local suppliers and service providers, and support future localization initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, factory, or operations management.

• Experience in new product introduction (NPI), production transfer, or factory setup/build-up projects is highly preferred.

• Experience working in small-to-medium manufacturing environments and managing cross-functional responsibilities is preferred.

• Familiarity with ERP/WMS/MES systems is preferred

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Hands-on and willing to work closely with the shopfloor team when required

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Mandarin is required for communication with HQ)
