Key responsibilities

Provide desktop support to end users
Administer and maintain Unix, Linux and Windows, VW & Enterprise SAN/NAS storage, Firewall & Antispam
Maintain and perform backup, restore & disaster recovery activities and procedures
Provide support for corporate LAN and WAN networks
Perform daily system health check to proactively identify and prevent for major system issues
Ensure compliance with established controls, policies, and procedures
Ad-hoc duties as and when required

About you

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline
Good knowledge in VM Ware and Windows Server environments
Strong analytical and technical skills, with a service-oriented mindset and good problem-solving abilities
