Asset Admin / EUC Support Administrator - #1163537

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the IT asset inventory database to ensure accurate records of acquisitions, movements, and disposals.

• Monitor the IT asset lifecycle, including tracking end-of-life (EOL) status and coordinating timely disposal with required documentation.

• ⁠Provide onsite and remote desktop support services to end users

• Perform desktop/laptop imaging and re-imaging activities

Requirement:

• Experience as an L1/L2 Desktop Engineer.

• Exposure to asset management within End User Computing (EUCD) environments
  (not mandatory, but an added advantage).

• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency, including:

• Performing lookups (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

• Creating and using pivot tables
  (advanced skills such as VBA/VB scripting are not required)
