Assistant Manager, IT Infrastructure Operations - #1163456

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for both cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure and services, including compute, storage, networking, and security components.

• Collaborate with application, security, and other internal teams to resolve complex issues related to cloud-based services and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.

• Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of cloud-based services, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.

• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring high availability, performance, and cost efficiency.

• Implement and manage cloud security controls, compliance requirements, and best practices to protect cloud resources and data.

• Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and standard operating procedures for cloud-based infrastructure and services.

• Participate in the planning, implementation, and optimization of cloud-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud architecture, deployment, and operations.

• Evaluate and implement server management and disaster recovery strategy.

• Support during Audit, DR/BCP, Backup & Recovery exercise.

• Work closely with IT Support/Helpdesk to ensure a timely, robust, and comprehensive service transition process.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or diploma required, preferably in the field of computer science or other related academic fields.

• Min 2 years of experience managing and configuring VLANs, WANs, VPNs, etc.

• Certification in Network (CCNA) is preferred. Certification in CCNP is an added advantage

• Strong proficiency in managing complex network environments.

• Experience supporting networks in mission-critical 24/7 environments with strong understanding of disaster recovery and high availability strategies.

• Proven ability to lead projects, manage vendors, and communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience with Nutanix/NKP, Pure Storage is an advantage
