LEAD AESTHETICS TRAINER Singapore · Full-time, Permanent

We are an award-winning aesthetic group with over 100,000 clients and more than 20 years in the industry. We're looking for a senior trainer who can raise the standard across our outlets — someone who combines clinical know-how with a genuine ability to teach, coach, and develop people.

What You Will Train

You will deliver theory and hands-on training across our full treatment menu, spanning:

Face & Skin — Skin rejuvenation, lifting and tightening, acne and acne scar treatments, pigmentation, rosacea, eye treatments, plasma therapy, cryotherapy facials, and hydration and infusion protocols.

Body — Body contouring and slimming, fat reduction, muscle sculpting, cryosculpting, skin whitening, cellulite and laxity treatments, and intimate area treatments.

Hair Removal — LED, Laser and IPL hair removal, including full-body zones and sensitive areas.

Hair & Scalp — Scalp analysis, hair loss treatments, scalp detoxification, damaged scalp and hair repair, oily and sensitive scalp conditions, and anti-grey hair protocols.

Technology & Devices — Ultrasound, radiofrequency, laser and light-based devices, AI-assisted skin and scalp scanning tools, and energy-based treatment protocols across all categories.

What You Will Do

• Design and deliver structured theory and hands-on training for new and existing staff across all treatment categories.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, training manuals, assessment rubrics, and onboarding materials — updated as treatments and devices evolve.

• Conduct competency assessments, identify skill gaps, and build targeted improvement plans for individual staff.

• Partner with outlet managers on quality audits; address service consistency issues through corrective training before they affect clients.

• Keep the team current on new technologies, products, and treatment protocols through structured learning.

• Foster a culture where refining technique, reviewing outcomes, and asking questions is the norm.

Who We Are Looking For

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years as a senior aesthetician or aesthetic trainer in a clinical or medispa environment

• Hands-on proficiency across face, skin, body, hair removal, and hair & scalp treatments

• Experience operating energy-based devices (laser, IPL, RF, ultrasound)

• CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or equivalent certification

• Strong communication and coaching skills; able to teach across varying skill and language levels

• Organised and consistent with documentation and training records

Preferred:

• Experience developing SOPs or formal training programmes

• Background in multi-outlet or chain clinic environments

• Certification in advanced energy-based device protocols

• Mandarin proficiency (an advantage for our diverse team)

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 10am – 7pm Full-time.

• Some flexibility may be required based on operational needs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $3,500 – $7,000/month (commensurate with experience)

• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) + performance bonuses
