Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end warehouse, distribution, logistics, and inventory operations to ensure efficient order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Drive operational excellence by achieving KPIs, productivity targets, and cost optimization initiatives.
Plan manpower, warehouse capacity, storage utilization, and logistics resources to support business growth.
Lead continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counting, warehouse layouts, and distribution planning.
Partner closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams.
Investigate shipment discrepancies, customer complaints, and logistics issues while implementing corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, GDP, EHS, and other regulatory requirements.
Coach, mentor, and develop warehouse teams while fostering a strong safety and performance culture.
Manage warehouse budgets, operational projects, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related disciplines.
Minimum 6 years of warehouse or logistics management experience.
Hands-on experience with SAP Warehouse & Inventory modules and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain operations.
Experience in GMP, ISO, GDP, or other regulated manufacturing environments is highly advantageous.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with Dangerous Goods (DG), HAZMAT, IATA, or controlled substances regulations will be an advantage.
