About the Role

You will be part of our professional hair and scalp treatment team, providing premium scalp therapy, hair loss treatments and client consultations in a modern aesthetic environment.

You will work closely with clients who are concerned about hair thinning, oily scalp, dandruff, sensitive scalp, hair fall, weak hair growth, scalp congestion and overall scalp health.

Your role is to deliver excellent treatment results, provide professional advice and build long-term trust with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional hair and scalp treatments according to company standards
• Conduct scalp analysis and provide suitable treatment recommendations
• Perform scalp cleansing, scalp therapy, head massage, hair spa and technology-based scalp treatments
• Assist clients with concerns such as hair fall, thinning hair, oily scalp, dandruff and scalp sensitivity
• Provide personalised aftercare advice and product recommendations
• Maintain strong customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Support customer retention, referrals and treatment package renewals
• Ensure all treatment rooms, tools and equipment are clean, safe and properly maintained
• Follow hygiene, sanitation and safety protocols at all times
• Monitor stock levels for scalp and hair care products and report shortages when needed
• Assist with appointment scheduling, reception support and general outlet duties when required
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and uphold the professional image of the brand

What We Are Looking For

• At least 1 year of working experience in hairdressing, scalp care, hair spa, hair treatment or beauty/aesthetic service
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
• Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining treatment benefits clearly
• Passionate about hair, scalp health and customer care
• Willing to learn technology-based hair and scalp treatments
• Positive attitude, responsible and able to work in a team
• Sales or consultation experience will be an advantage
• Experience in scalp analysis, hair loss treatments or advanced scalp technologies will be highly preferred

Training Provided

You will receive structured training from experienced aesthetic and scalp treatment trainers.

Training will include:

• Hair and scalp treatment protocols
• Scalp analysis and consultation skills
• Technology-based scalp treatment training
• Customer service and client management
• Product knowledge and aftercare advice
• Sales, retention and referral techniques
• Career development for high-performing staff

No advanced scalp technology experience is required if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• 5-day or 6-day work week options available, depending on operational requirements.

• Full-time, permanent position.
