We are inviting a highly driven, senior wealth management practitioner to lead aggressive AUM expansion and architect bespoke wealth solutions for UHNW families. The ideal candidate acts as a strategic business partner, leveraging a highly portable client book and deep alternative investment acumen to independently orchestrate the complete client acquisition and advisory journey.
Responsibilities:
Spearhead proactive client acquisition initiatives to significantly expand the firm's footprint within the UHNW sector.
Cultivate and lock in high-value, multi-generational ties with elite entrepreneurs, external asset managers, and key referral networks.
Direct the entire sales cycle independently, from initial pipeline generation and strategic pitching to seamless account activation.
Partner closely with internal portfolio managers to design bespoke alternative investment frameworks (PE/VC) and cross-border wealth structuring solutions.
Lead high-stakes client meetings, delivering sophisticated market intelligence and customized asset allocation mandates.
Champion the firm’s market presence by driving targeted networking initiatives and expanding exclusive distribution channels.
Elevate overall team performance by coaching junior associates and sharing best practices in complex deal closing.
Navigate complex KYC, AML, and account structuring workflows, liaising actively with internal compliance and operations teams.
Ensure strict adherence to regional regulatory frameworks while delivering a frictionless, premium wealth management experience.
Qualification:
A minimum of a decade of frontline, revenue-generating experience within prestigious Private Banks, Multi-Family Offices, or elite EAMs.
Demonstrable history of exceeding financial targets and successfully securing substantial net new money (NNM).
Must possess a highly actionable and portable book of UHNW clients, with a strong focus on the Greater China or Southeast Asia new-economy sectors.
Deep technical fluency in private market investments and bespoke family office setups (e.g., Singapore 13O/13U exemptions).
Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and objection-handling capabilities, tailored for a demanding elite clientele.
Native-level fluency in Mandarin alongside professional English is essential to navigate complex mandates with Chinese-speaking founders and local partners.
Possesses a relentless hunter mentality, high emotional resilience, and the entrepreneurial drive to build and scale a profitable franchise.
