• Position : Project Quantity Surveyor (Building Materials)

• Location : Tuas Crescent

• Working hours : 5 days | Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 Basic + 14 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry : Construction | Building Materials | Timber & Metal Doors

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly progress claims

• Check and process subcontractor payment certificates

• Process variation order claims

• Follow up on project claims and project accounts-related matters

• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and relevant stakeholders

• Maintain proper documentation and claim records

Requirements:

• Diploma | Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Building or related field

• Relevant QS experience in construction, building products or related industry

• Familiar with progress claims, VO claims and subcontractor payment certification would be an advantage
