Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, covering sourcing, tendering, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and ongoing contract management.

• Validate that all procured materials and services strictly align with internal user specifications and technical requirements.

• Monitor supplier performance against quality, delivery, and cost benchmarks to ensure consistent compliance with organizational standards.

• Facilitate seamless coordination with the finance department to resolve payment queries and ensure accurate financial documentation.

• Perform market research and industry engagement to stay informed on the competitive landscape and shifting supply chain conditions.

• Enforce rigorous compliance with company procurement policies and standard operating procedures across all purchasing activities.

Requirements:

• At Least 2- 5 years of procurement working experience (end to end) in logistics OR engineering industry (Both is more advantageous)
