Key Responsibilities
A) Marketing Support
Issue reports and Certificates of Destruction (COD) to clients.
Act as the main contact point for client enquiries when the HQ Marketing Team is unavailable.
Coordinate customer service requests, job arrangements, and sample collection/delivery.
Track job completion status and provide updates to clients.
Support marketing activities and events.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports.
Maintain customer records and documentation.
Perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time to support business and operational requirements.
B) Operations Coordination
Plan and coordinate daily collection, delivery, and production schedules.
Manage client communications regarding operational arrangements and service requirements.
Monitor job completion and operational performance.
Coordinate manpower deployment with warehouse and production teams.
Handle operational issues, customer complaints, and service escalations.
Support productivity improvement and cost-control initiatives.
Coordinate equipment maintenance schedules.
Conduct operational meetings and prepare performance updates.
Attend customer meetings, site visits, and provide on-site support when necessary.
Job Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, operations management, logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations coordination, customer service, logistics, or marketing support roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in reporting and documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
