Singapore LAC Retail Manager - #1163189

Handle Singapore retail operations, reporting to the Group COO, to grow sales, member signups and be submerged in discussions pertaining to the entire retail operations in the Co., including but not limited to:

• Data mining and report analysis, assessing store/staff productivity

• Retail staff hire and inter-transfer of staff

• Monitoring retail staff's weekly duty rosters and approving their annual leave

• Store checking to ensure improved sales output and, jointly with Skills Development, do store-coaching of new and under-performing staff

• Handling expired and damaged stock issues

PREREQUISITIES:

• Detail oriented

• Able to work independently and as a team

• Able to multi-task

POSSESS KNOWLEDGE ON THE FOLLOWING:

• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, customer service and communication skills, a 'people' person

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:

• Diploma or Degree or professional certification in or Min GCE 'O' level

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• Min 3 years of retail experience in a similar position
