Maintenance Engineer/ Senior Engineer (MNC/ PLC) - #1163202

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on Plating line equipment (rectifiers, tanks, pumps, filters, heaters, chillers, etc.).

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and control system failures.

• Ensure minimal downtime and quick recovery during breakdown.

• Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvements.

• Identify and maintain critical spare parts, etc.

• Coordinate with suppliers for replacement parts and service support.

• Support installation and commissioning of new Plating lines or upgrades.

• Participate in process improvement projects.

Position Qualifications and Experience:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electronic or Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment and possess strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of Plating process will be an added advantage

• Knowledge in PLC system and automation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications

• Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and repair equipment
