Responsible:

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality control.

• Plan and carry out production activities, including manpower allocation.

• Communicate with warehouse and sales team regarding material availability, packaging materials and finished products

• Provide clear production instructions and ensure proper implementation.

• Perform fabrication based on customer’s requirement

• Prepare reports on productivity, quality, claims, etc

• Ensure staff are appropriately qualified and trained to perform their job responsibilities while maintaining the document management system.

• Coordinate and plan equipment, materials, and manpower to effectively execute job orders.

• Analyze order backlogs and forecasts to optimize production scheduling and priorities.

• Any other task as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Proficient in manual and CNC machining processes.

• Knowledge of fabrication, mechanical assembly, and maintenance tooling.
