Responsible:
Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality control.
Plan and carry out production activities, including manpower allocation.
Communicate with warehouse and sales team regarding material availability, packaging materials and finished products
Provide clear production instructions and ensure proper implementation.
Perform fabrication based on customer’s requirement
Prepare reports on productivity, quality, claims, etc
Ensure staff are appropriately qualified and trained to perform their job responsibilities while maintaining the document management system.
Coordinate and plan equipment, materials, and manpower to effectively execute job orders.
Analyze order backlogs and forecasts to optimize production scheduling and priorities.
Any other task as assigned by the management
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in manual and CNC machining processes.
Knowledge of fabrication, mechanical assembly, and maintenance tooling.
