Basic salary up to $3,300 + OT (Gross $4,000 or more)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuas South
Company transport provided from and to MRT stations.
Morning pick-up from Lakeside MRT and Choa Chu Kang MRT.
Evening drop-off at Lakeside MRT.

Key Responsibilities
CNC Machining & Production
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathes to manufacture components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Perform machining operations while ensuring compliance with manufacturing work instructions and production schedules.
Study work orders, blueprints, engineering drawings, and machining parameters to determine the most efficient machining process.
Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure products meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards.
Accurately record inspection results and production data.
Continuous Improvement
Support CNC programming improvements to enhance machining efficiency and reduce cycle times.
Participate in productivity improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
Identify opportunities to improve machining performance, quality, and operational efficiency.
Equipment Maintenance & Quality Assurance
Perform routine machine checks and basic preventive maintenance.
Identify equipment issues and promptly escalate concerns to supervisors.
Ensure machines, tools, and work areas are maintained in a safe and organized condition.
Adhere to quality procedures and company safety standards at all times.
Team Support
Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior machinists and new team members.
Work closely with supervisors and production teams to ensure production targets and quality objectives are achieved.
Requirements
3 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing or precision engineering environment.
NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Precision Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience machining metal and/or plastic components.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand machining tolerances.
Familiarity with CNC lathes and machining processes.
Knowledge of CNC programming will be an added advantage.
