We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our Sales & Service Integrated Store at Jurong Point. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, delivering excellent customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team. This role combines retail sales, customer service, and operational management, making it ideal for candidates with strong leadership skills and a passion for retail.
Salary Package: Basic + Additional Incentive + Annual Wage Supplement (AWS).
Job Responsibilities
Store Leadership & Team Management
Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales and service targets.
Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to develop team members.
Ensure all staff deliver consistent, high-quality customer service.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Sales & Business Performance
Drive store sales and achieve individual and team targets.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
Monitor sales data, KPIs, and inventory levels to optimize store performance.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, performance dashboards, and operational summaries for senior management.
Customer Experience & Service
Ensure a seamless customer journey across both sales and service functions.
Handle escalated customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, product displays, and in-store promotions.
Oversee demo product deployment and ensure service equipment is functional.
Marketing & Social Media Support
Support company social media campaigns, online promotions, and community engagement activities.
Work closely with the Branding & Marketing team to increase store exposure, customer interaction, and Google Reviews performance.
Encourage customers to participate in brand activities, memberships, and online community programs.
Assist in executing launch events, roadshows, livestream activities, and promotional campaigns.
Operations & Administration
Manage daily store operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Maintain accurate store records, generate reports, and track KPIs regularly.
Work Schedule
6 off days per month
Must be willing to work on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays when required.
Rest days will be scheduled on weekdays based on roster arrangements.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven retail store management experience, preferably in electronics, mobile, or sales-service integrated stores.
Leadership & Team Management: Ability to coach, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
Sales & Business Acumen: Target-driven, with strong skills in driving revenue and achieving KPIs.
Customer Service Excellence: Skilled in delivering exceptional customer experiences and handling escalations.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in generating reports, tracking KPIs, and analyzing sales and operational data.
Operational Efficiency: Strong planning, scheduling, and inventory management skills.
Problem Solving & Decision Making: Able to resolve operational or customer issues quickly and effectively.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; able to liaise with staff, vendors, and management.
Adaptability & Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with POS systems, MS Office, and basic retail software.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced Chinese corporate culture and able to adapt to dynamic business operations and management styles.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred.
Candidates with extensive experience in the smartphone, telecom, or consumer electronics industry may be considered in lieu of academic qualifications.
Target-driven, with a track record of achieving sales and KPI targets.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
