Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain frontend applications, backend services and platform features

• Translate product ideas, business requirements and user needs into practical technical solutions

• Participate actively in product discussions and contribute ideas, improvements and alternative approaches

• Build scalable, maintainable and reliable systems across the full technology stack

• Write clean, well-structured and production-ready code

• Contribute to technical architecture, system design and engineering decisions

• Identify edge cases, technical risks and implementation trade-offs early

• Troubleshoot issues across the platform and continuously improve performance, stability and user experience

• Leverage AI tools effectively to improve development speed, quality and productivity

Qualifications
• Strong experience building and delivering software products end-to-end

• Strong full stack engineering capabilities across frontend, backend and databases

• Experience building modern web applications and production systems

• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL and cloud-based infrastructure

• Strong understanding of APIs, system architecture, security and software engineering best practices

• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively in software development workflows

• Strong product mindset with the ability to understand business objectives and user needs

• Strong user mindset with attention to usability, workflows and customer experience

• Strong communication skills to discuss with non-technical stakeholders

• Strong ownership and accountability with the ability to work independently

• Ability to balance speed, quality and pragmatism in a fast-moving startup environment

• Ability to see the bigger picture and make decisions with both technical and business considerations in mind
