Job Responsibilities

Food Packaging / FMCG

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food packaging / FMCG industry.

• Promote and sell biodegradable food packaging solutions to F&B clients, distributors, and retailers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

• Follow up on sales enquiries, negotiations, and closing of deals.

• Work closely with internal teams on order processing and customer requirements.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

  
  

Semiconductor

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the semiconductor industry.

• Manage and expand existing customer accounts (B2B clients, OEMs, manufacturers).

• Promote and sell semiconductor products, components, or related solutions.

• Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and proposals.

• Liaise with engineering and technical teams to support customer requirements.

• Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

• Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering (Electronics/Electrical) or Business-related field

  1–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in semiconductor, FMCG or packaging industry. or technical/B2B industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

• Possess own transport is an advantage (transport allowance provided).
