#Salary: Up to S$4800/month

#Work Hours: 44 hours work per week

The company specialises in geotechnical solutions on the global market. Construction in areas such as deep foundations, reinforcing, waterproof cut-off walls and ground treatment, retaining structures, civil engineering, ground improvement, and tunnels. Currently, has an opening for the role of a Quantity Surveyor.

This role offers exposure to both tendering and project execution. Depending on business needs, the successful candidate may be assigned to either the Head Office or project sites, gaining valuable experience across the full project lifecycle from tender stage through to final account.

Job Descriptions:

• Support the preparation of tenders, including quantity take-offs, cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement activities.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure cost competitiveness and compliance with project requirements.

• Carry out measurement and valuation of works, including the preparation and assessment of progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.

• Prepare and administer subcontract agreements, payment certifications, and maintain accurate commercial and contractual records.

• Assist in the preparation and submission of payment applications, contractual correspondence, extension of time claims, and other claims-related documentation.

• Monitor and control project costs, subcontractor commitments, and overall commercial performance to ensure project profitability.

• Liaise closely with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve commercial and contractual matters and support project delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Min. 2 years of relevant experience with LTA project

• Experience with main-con preferred

• Self-motivated and detailed-oriented
