Responsibilities:

Project Engineer

• Support project coordination and execution for LV switchboard projects

• Review project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Assist in preparation of engineering documents, drawings, and submissions

• Coordinate with design, production, and site teams for project progress

• Monitor project timelines, quality, and compliance with standards

• Support testing, inspection, and commissioning activities

• Prepare reports, documentation, and as-built drawings

Process Engineer

• Document, review, and standardize factory and production processes and procedures across the Group.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process optimization and automation initiatives.

• Support the implementation and deployment of production processes and procedures across Singapore and overseas operations.

• Assist in the management and continuous enhancement of production systems for switchgear manufacturing and assembly.

• Conduct process audits and support compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to internal standards and operational requirements across the Group.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational excellence.

• Prepare and maintain process documentation, reports, and related engineering records.

• Perform other operations and process engineering duties as assigned to support business objectives.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Entry Level

• Basic understanding of electrical systems or LV distribution is preferred

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings
