About the role
TIAN DI CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD (BEN HE CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD) is seeking an Accounts Executive to join our Finance team on a full-time basis. This position is based in the Admiralty North Region and offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your accounting career within a dynamic construction company. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by managing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. This role is essential to supporting the company's growth and financial management objectives.
Key responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts with complete accounting functions (General Ledger, AP, AR, FA, etc.)
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts and financial records.
Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain comprehensive financial documentation.
Preparing bank reconciliations and identifying discrepancies in a timely manner.
Monitor and manage company cash flow.
Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Liaising with internal departments and external parties to resolve accounting queries and discrepancies.
Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings and ensure compliance requirements.
Support payroll processing, including salary calculations and employee payments.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, receipts, and financial records.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma or qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably handling full sets of accounts.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and local tax regulations (e.g. GST)
Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage (exposure to project costing, progress claims, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks)
Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in all financial transactions.
Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
5 day work-week
