Working Hours
Weekly rotating shift
Day Shift: Monday to Friday 7:45am – 4:45pm; Saturday 7:45am – 11:45am
Night Shift: Monday to Friday 4:15pm – 1:00am; Saturday off (Night shift allowance $9/day)

Job Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations
• Ensure accuracy in inventory, documentation, reporting, and billing
• Maintain and update Warehouse Management System (WMS) daily
• Supervise warehouse team and plan daily work activities
• Handle customer enquiries and ensure service requirements are met
• Support weekly, monthly, and yearly stock takes
• Review safety, risk assessment, and quality assurance compliance
• Drive process improvements and system implementation
• Prepare monthly billing reports for customers and finance
• Ensure compliance with WSH and ISO / IMS standards

Requirements
• Forklift License required
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Able to operate VNA / Stacker
