Quantity Surveyor - #1162849

Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 construction firms which has a strong construction portfolio in building projects. They are looking for Quantity Surveyor to be based in site office for MRT project.

Location: West area, 5 days work week 9am - 6pm.

Job Description:

• Handle post-contract

• Taking care of primary costs and contracts of construction projects, estimating, and planning cost

• Monitor, track change orders, sub-contractors drawing list and materials delivery, quantity take off and measurement

• Pre-tender administration and documentation, valuations pricing and agreement of contract variations

• Ensure delivering a successful project within budget, cost and the stipulated time frame.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying

• At least 2 years of QS experience in main contractor

• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills

• Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team.
