• Recruit, coach, and develop team members to achieve business objectives

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in luxury retail (fashion, watches, jewelry, or related sectors)
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive boutique performance
• Excellent people management and coaching skills
