Key Responsibilities

As a vital link in the production ecosystem, you will:

• Drive Production Excellence: Provide day-to-day technical support to production teams to ensure optimal product performance and top-tier quality.

• Own Product Evolution: Manage product definitions and work closely with the Integrated Product Team (IPT).

• Champion Quality: Lead root cause analysis, implement quality improvements (8D, FTQP), and support customer return investigations.

• Innovate & Improve: Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen), monitor key metrics (R1, FPY), and coordinate exciting new product introductions.

• Collaborate Globally: Partner with the Design Authority and cross-functional teams across departments.

Who We Are Looking For

• Education: NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering, Aerospace, Aviation, or a related field.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or technical support environment.

• Industry Edge: Prior experience in the aviation/aerospace industry is highly preferred.

• Mindset: A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a passion for precision and quality.
