Electrical Technician (Control Panel & PLC) - #1162992

• Position: Service Technician/Engineer

• Location: Toh Guan

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 6pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus + Company Vehicle Provided + Staff Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Construction

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel drawings for various motor control applications

• Select suitable electrical components and control systems based on project requirements

• Supervise and coordinate the fabrication, assembly, and testing of control panels to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards

• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and assessments before project execution

• Prepare comprehensive pre-installation and post-installation reports, including findings, recommendations, and project documentation

• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities

• Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and control system issues at project sites

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field

• Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems

• Experience in electrical control panel design and fabrication

• Familiarity with water supply, pumping, and utility systems is preferred

• PLC programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning experience is highly preferred

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation
