As an Assistant Manager, Housekeeping (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage and administer service contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms, organisational policies, and audit requirements.

• Monitor vendor performance against agreed KPIs and service standards, conducting regular reviews, audits, and performance validations.

• Coordinate daily operational activities, resolve service issues, and respond to stakeholders' requests in a timely manner.

• Oversee workforce competency assessments, workplace safety compliance, and business continuity planning for outsourced services.

• Manage institutional assets and inventories, ensuring proper tracking, maintenance, and operational readiness.

• Support procurement activities, including raising purchase requests/orders and ensuring adherence to procurement policies.

• Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders on budgeting, billing verification, contract payments, and cost management.

• Lead or participate in projects, supervise service operations, and foster effective communication and collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Requirements

• A recognized degree, preferably in contract management within a healthcare or hospitality environment

• Experience in contract management, vendor management, facilities, hospitality, healthcare operations, or related fields.

• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
